Chocolate Ghost Train

Ghost Train
Chocolate Ghost Train

I am not very good a baking cakes but I wanted to create a chocolate ghost train for Halloween so this is my practice run.

I have used two chocolate swiss rolls (2 for £2 )  some small mini rolls for wheels and sweets for decorations. The ghost at the front is from a pack of glow in the dark stickers that I have from last year. It looks a little busy so I will add another chocolate swiss roll for Halloween and spread the sweets out more. I also think I will use white chocolate buttons for the wheels as these mini rolls don`t look right.

If you have young children you could make a ghost train by covering cheap swiss rolls in chocolate. The small spoons from ice cream tubs covered in white chocolate would make great ghosts.

Table setting

I have added fairy lights to my broomstick behind the table. There is also a little witch who lives in the broomstick this is a permanent fixture in my home. I hung a witches hat up to cover a picture on the wall and hey presto I will be ready to decorate the table.
