A Snow White Spring in Wales

North Wales this morning (Friday)

Glad of some food  as the snow comes down

I drove up to North Wales on Thursday to visit my son and daughter-in-law and it was sunny. Cold but dry and sunny woke up this morning to a winter wonderland looking very pretty.  Not nice though for the new lambs huddled in the fields next to their mums. Very glad I didn`t need to drive anywhere today it is awful on the roads here.

Last time I was here just before Christmas St Asaph which is just a few miles away was badly flooded. I wonder what June will bring hopefully a heatwave.

The snow is still falling this evening.

Alex and Toggie the goat wonder where the grass went!

Pretty as a picture

Snow getting deeper - Sarron and Alex shout at each other

I am very lucky that my son and daughter-in-law Mark and Dawn live in such a beautiful place. I visit every few months and sometimes look after their animals if they want a weekend away. This time I think I will be here longer than I planned as we can`t even get the cars up the steep drive.  A white Easter is looking very likely here.
